Prisoner's Dilemma (Rye + Red Wine + Coffee Liqueur)

Vegan Honey + Earl Grey Gin Old Fashioned

For this Vegan Honey + Earl Grey Gin Old-Fashioned, we made a vegan honey syrup and infused a cup of one of our favorite gins with a heaping tablespoon of earl grey tea - because what could pair better with vegan honey than the rich, floral notes of earl grey?

Vegan Maple Cereal Milk Punch

To make our plant-based twist on the classic milk punch, we started with a base of homemade vegan cereal milk - made by steeping freshly toasted cereal in naturally sweet oat milk with just a pinch of salt - and added in a splash of Irish whiskey, a tablespoon of maple syrup, and a few dashes of black walnut bitters! The result is a drink that is so nutty, decadent, and impossibly drinkable that we know we’ll be mixing them up again and again all winter long!

Monk's Dream (Boulevardier + Orange + Thyme)

For this cocktail, we combined one of our favorite beer styles - a Trappist quad - with brown sugar, fresh thyme, and orange peel to create a beer reduction that is the perfect balance of malty, sweet, herbal, and citrusy! We then combined this Trappist quad beer reduction with spicy rye whisky, sweet/citrus-forward Amaro Montenegro, sweet vermouth and a dash of orange bitters to create a unique variation on the classic Boulevardier that we absolutely love!

Midwinter (Cognac + Fernet + Peppermint Old-Fashioned)

What better way to celebrate the coming of Midwinter (i.e. the Winter Solstice) than with a rich, decadent twist on the classic old-fashioned? For this seasonal old-fashioned, we combined fruity, warming cognac with Fernet Branca, maple syrup, a homemade cold brew white + peppermint tea, and a couple dashes of Angostura bitters to create a full-bodied drink overflowing with the flavors of dark fruits, maple, peppermint and spice!

Fairies Wear Boots (Absinthe + Fernet + Root Beer)

This quick and easy 3-ingredient cocktail is the result of those efforts!
